Formed in 1990 by Brian Fisher, David Hargreaves, &John Proctor, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has grown to be the 49th largest firm of Chartered Surveyors in the UK, by turnover, specialising in Retail &Leisure, Industrial &Office, Professional Services, Investment, Residential Land, Property Management and, through the specialist FHP City Living office, Residential Sales and Lettings and has been voted Midlands Property Adviser of the Year in both 2006 and 2007.
FHP were quick to spot the potential offered by the emerging city living market, and in particular its synergy with the retail, bar and restaurant markets prompting the creation of the niche FHP City Living brand.
Initially advising developers on more than 30 successful developments in the early years, and responsible for the sale of more than 1000 apartments, FHP City Living has expanded its area of expertise offering a full Sales and Lettings service both in the City Centre and The Park, Mapperley Park and most recently West Bridgford.
We are proud to have used our specialist approach to now successfully sell more property in each of The Park and Mapperley Park than any other agent, and as a result have now invested in a specialist focus for the West Bridgford area with the same objective.
Through our New Homes Department FHP City Living is now advising on developments both in Nottingham City, and throughout Nottinghamshire and the surrounding areas, and at any one time we expect to have at least 10 sites either being marketed or approaching completion ready for sale.
Our Lettings Department now handles properties within a 25 mile radius of Nottingham City for which we offer an experienced Fully Managed Service offering peace of mind to Landlords and Investors.
To complement our Sales Team we have also introduced our own specialist Financial Services department in 2007 offering Mortgage and Insurance services across the full spectrum of lenders and providers.
