Tenant Services
Advice for new properties - we will provide you with an up-to-date listing of all of our properties and add you to our mailing list to advise you of any new properties coming available which meet your criteria
Viewings - we will arrange accompanied viewings to properties of interest
Landlords - we will manage all initial discussions with your prospective Landlord and produce all the necessary paperwork in preparation for your tenancy
Furnishings - we have access to properties which are either Unfurnished, Part Furnished or Fully Furnished to meet your requirements
Referencing - we will undertake a full referencing service in order to offer your new Landlord complete peace of mind and form the basis of a successful relationship
Deposits - we will hold your deposit for you in our regulated Client Account. You will be required to pay a deposit equal to 1 (One) month rent + £100.00
Check In - we will be there to manage all the documentation and ensure that you are able to move in to your new home successfully including hand over of keys etc.
Fully Managed - a number of our properties are fully managed by our staff which gives you a single point of contact before during and after your tenancy - our sales staff will be able to advise which properties this applies to for your peace of mind
Our Fees
Tenants Application Fee - £95.00 per person (including vat)
